Step by step

Go to amazon.co.uk and sign in

Click Accounts & Lists → Account in the top navigation

Find and click Prime (or "Manage Prime Membership")

Click "Update, cancel and more"

Click "End Membership"

Amazon will offer to downgrade or pause — click "End My Benefits" to proceed with full cancellation

Select a reason and click "Cancel My Benefits" to confirm

You keep Prime benefits until the end of your current billing period
