Step by step

Go to nowtv.com and sign in with your account

Click My Account in the top right → Membership

Find the pass you want to cancel (Entertainment, Cinema, or Sports)

Click Manage next to that pass

Click Cancel Pass and confirm

Your pass remains active until its next renewal date — the exact date is shown on the confirmation screen

On iPhone / iPad

Open the Now TV app and tap Menu (☰)

Tap Account → Manage Passes

Find the pass you want to cancel

Tap Cancel Pass and confirm

Before you cancel

💡Now TV offers different passes (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports) — make sure you only cancel the ones you don't want. Other passes remain active until you cancel them separately.

💡Passes are month-to-month rolling subscriptions — cancellation takes effect at your next renewal date, shown on the confirmation page. You keep full access until that date.

💡If you have Now TV Broadband (home internet), cancellation requires 30 days notice and must be done by phone (0333 003 1003) or in-app. Online cancellation is not available for broadband.

What happens to your account

After cancellation

Your Now TV account remains fully active until the last day of your current pass renewal cycle. After that date you lose access to that specific pass's content. Your account data, profile, and any other active passes remain intact.

When billing stops

Now TV stops billing you on your next renewal date — not immediately. You will not be charged again. There is no refund for the remainder of the current billing month.

How to reactivate

To reactivate, sign back into nowtv.com or the Now TV app and choose a pass (Entertainment, Cinema, or Sports). You can resubscribe at any time — there is no reactivation grace period. Your watch history and continue-watching data may be available depending on your account status.

Go to nowtv.com and sign in with your original email and password

Click Add A Pass and choose Entertainment, Cinema, or Sports (or any combination)

Enter or confirm your payment details

Your new pass begins immediately

View your watch history and continue-watching list on the My List page if it was saved
